this hotel was really comfy, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was just wow! breakfast cooked to order was delish and the wifi was strong, which is great for working travelers. the location is close to the city center, a short walk, which was perfect for exploring st albans.
the room was a bit small and i wish there was a fan because it got hot during my stay. also, the decor is kinda outdated and could use a refresh.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay pleasant. The breakfast spread was reasonable, catering to various tastes. the room felt outdated and rather small, lacking any wow factor, and the location was disappointing, situated in a residential area. WiFi was strong, which was a plus, but overall, the experience felt like it could offer more for the price.
